Terms of Service

By enrolling in any Veltranique course or workshop you agree to our Terms of Service. Courses are delivered according to the course outline published on the site, and we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to timetables, instructors or delivery formats.

Deliverables: course materials, assessment tasks (where applicable), and support as specified per course page.
Payment: fees are payable as per invoice; unpaid accounts may have enrolment suspended.
Liability: to the extent permitted by law, Veltranique's liability for course delivery is limited to the value of the course fee.

Australian Consumer Law — Your rights

Under the ACL, services we supply (including online modules and workshops) come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a course is not provided with due care and skill, or not fit for the intended purpose, you are entitled to a remedy.

We aim to resolve issues promptly; depending on the circumstances, remedies may include re-delivery of services, partial refund or full refund.

When ACL remedies apply

Serious failure to deliver core parts of a course
Material non-conformity with the advertised learning outcomes
Undue or prolonged cancellation without replacement

Minor issue: we will rectify or re-deliver the affected element.
Major issue: you may choose a refund or a replacement service.
Where a refund applies, we may deduct reasonable costs already incurred.

Refunds & Cancellations

Our standard refund policy for non-assessed short courses and workshops:

Full refund if cancelled by the participant more than 14 days before the course start date.
50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before start.
*** refund within 7 days of the course start, unless a replacement participant is found.

For accredited courses, refunds are managed according to the specific training contract and applicable regulatory guidance.

Intellectual Property

All course content, designs, videos, worksheets and branding provided by Veltranique are protected by copyright. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use course materials for their own learning and portfolio use only.

Any commercial use, resale, or redistribution of materials requires prior written permission.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a course, staff, or an outcome, please provide details below. We aim to respond within 10 business days. If unresolved, you may escalate to an external body such as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or a relevant training regulator for accredited courses.

Keep copies of all correspondence and any supporting evidence when submitting a complaint.
